What we collect

  • Account info — email, name, organization.
  • Error data — stack traces, browser info, timestamps.
  • Session recordings — DOM snapshots and user interactions, after PII masking at the SDK.
  • Usage data — feature usage and performance metrics for improving the product.

How we use it

  • Provide error tracking, session replay, and ticketing services.
  • Generate ticket drafts from captured failures.
  • Improve the product through aggregated usage analytics.

Your rights

  • Access your data at any time from your account.
  • Request deletion — we comply within 30 days.
  • Export a full copy of your data in standard formats.
  • Opt out of any non-essential processing.

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. Session recordings are retained for 30 days by default and can be deleted at any time from your account settings. When you close your account, we wipe captured data within 30 days.
