By using Optic, you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part, please don’t use the service.

Optic provides error tracking, session replay, and issue management. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service for as long as your account is active.

• You own your data.
• We process it only to provide the service.
• We do not sell your data — to anyone, ever.

• Keep your credentials secure.
• Use the service lawfully.
• Make sure you have the right to send us the data you capture.
• Don’t abuse, overload, or attempt to reverse-engineer the service.

The service is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee 100% uptime or that the service will meet every need you have. We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Either party can terminate at any time. On termination, you lose access to the service. Export your data first if you want to keep it — we make that one click in account settings.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Material changes will be flagged at sign-in.
